Voting is the foundation of democracy

These are things our current legislators are doing:

• Making voting more difficult.

  • Requiring voting only in your home precinct

  • Eliminating early voting

  • Eliminating drop boxes or voting centers

• Undermining our election system:

  • In 2020 - Denying the election results

  • In 2022 - Overloading the system by encouraging voting only on election day

  • In 2024 - Overloading the ballot with 11 legislative ballot referrals

• Trying to put obstacles in the way of citizen ballot initiatives (SCR 1015, SCR 1041)

• Trying to remove voter approval of judges (SCR 1044)
